I am a first-year associate attorney admitted to practice in Virginia and was recently admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. I joined Werther & Mills in September 2025 and previously worked at the firm as a summer associate in 2024. As a developing attorney, I value every opportunity to deepen my legal skills. I approach each matter with attention to detail and a focus on achieving effective results for clients.
In 2022, I graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Criminal Justice from the L. Douglas Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs at Virginia Commonwealth University. I then obtained my J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in 2025, where I was a student attorney in the Janet R. Spragens Federal Tax Clinic and gained practical experience representing low income individuals who were being audited by the IRS. While in law school, I also served as a summer legal intern with the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney for Prince William County.
Since joining Werther & Mills, I have assisted in a jury trial involving patent infringement claims, as well as a three-week construction arbitration. I am working towards gaining litigation experience in many areas, ranging from breach of contract disputes to claims involving discrimination and harassment. I am dedicated to professional growth and appreciate the learning opportunities inherent in the early stages of practice.
I grew up in Northern Virginia where I attended Chantilly High School and I currently live in Arlington, Virginia. I have a strong interest in the sports industry and the evolving world of sports law, particularly related to college athletics and NIL implications.
