After attending Duke University as an undergraduate, I studied at the George Washington University Law School on a merit scholarship and graduated with honors, earning Order of the Coif for finishing in the top 10% of my class. I first joined Werther & Mills as a 1L summer associate in 2022. After graduating from law school, I clerked for the Honorable Kathryn C. Davis at the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, DC for two years, hearing cases and drafting opinions in civil suits against the federal government. Following my clerkship, I returned to Werther & Mills as an associate.

 

In addition to practicing law, I compete internationally in the equestrian sport of three-day eventing. I have been long-listed for two Olympic Games and two World Championships.

 

I live in Clarksburg, MD, with my wife, a small animal veterinary surgeon, and our little dog, Westley.
